Yell.com/property has entered into distribution agreements with home buying web site assertahome.com and the online change of address service - ihavemoved.com. As a result, visitors to the Yell.com/property site can access details on properties from over 3,500 estate agents in the UK, notify businesses of an address change, plus stop services like gas and electricity and connect to the best value services when they move.

Yell.com/property already provides extensive neighbourhood information for every postcode in the UK, including average house prices, council tax rates, details on local schools and local amenities, plus contact details for local estate agents, solicitors, surveyors and virtually anyone else connected with buying and selling homes.
