NSW: Four being questioned over stabbing
Four men are being questioned by police following a stabbing in Sydney's west.
Police say the incident occurred after two groups of men became involved in a violent
altercation in Isabella Street, Parramatta, about 6pm (AEDT) yesterday.
A 24-year-old North Parramatta man suffered a stab wound to his lower abdomen and remains
in a serious condition in Westmead Hospital.
As a result, four men aged 28, 31, 34 and 40 are being questioned by police at Parramatta
police station.
