It's chocolate, chocolate everywhere when Michael Recchiuti (ofSan Francisco-based Recchiuti Chocolates) joins Mindy Segal, owner/chef of HotChocolate, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday.
Segal and Recchiuti will prepare passed chocolate samples createdfrom recipes found in Chocolate Obsession: Confections and Treats toCreate and Savor (Stewart, Tabori and Chang, $35), which Recchiutico-wrote with Fran Gage.
